Would you like a stronger sense of well-being, a feeling of ever expending joy and happiness?

Or would you like to stop those disturbing thoughts and having more positive ones?

Would you like to go through your day with a better emotional state, improved physical health?

If so, then you need to raise your vibration! When it comes to vibrations, we can think of different levels of energy.

Physical, emotional, mental, spiritual vibration. The combination of these frequencies create your own vibration of being. Lower vibrations of energies are associated with emotion such as fear, anger, resentment, anxiety, etc. We could categorize these into negative emotions, although it is not a right word for them. Both negative and positive emotions do have their right place in our life’s. These type of energy is related to thoughts of luck, disbelief, judgment, rejection, etc. A lower vibrational energy would also show up on the physical level as poor health, isolation or separation due lack of self-belief and low self-esteem.

On the other hand, higher vibrations of energies are associated with joy, happiness, excitement, enthusiasm, a sense of openness, good health, physical aliveness and strong spiritual awareness.
