Conscious breathing is a physical, mental and spiritual experience, but mostly physical and spiritual. The physical part consists of connecting your inhalation to your exhalation in a relaxed rhythm.

Why do I need a facilitator?
A breath worker is a professional trained counsellor who guides your breath in a way that enables the process to occur. She/he also guides and supports you through the variety of feelings, thoughts and body sensations. Breath workers assist their clients with a wide variety of counselling tools.
The breath has a self-regulatory system. Whatever surfaces might be challenging for you, but it is never more than can be safely integrated. The breath will bring up what is most important for you in this moment.
What is a session like?
Every session involves both counselling and the breathing process. The breath worker will help you to look upon your feelings from a different prospective, and resolve and integrate the associated unconscious beliefs
Rebirthing in water
After having at least eight high quality Dry Rebirthing sessions you will have a good intuitive understanding of the connected breathing and have overcome the physiological and emotional drama. You can now start to do sessions in water. These sessions are usually more intense than the dry sessions. The water additionally stimulates the subconscious mind, often causing deep memories to surface.
It is recommended to do the first Rebirthing sessions in warm water, this has the tendency to regress people to birth memories. When you are comfortable with warm water Rebirthing you can start with cold water sessions. Cold water Rebirthing has the tendency to get people in touch with places where they are holding tension or pain.
